The Northern Metropolis (NM) is the major development in Hong Kong for the next 15 years.  The estimated 1.5 million population growth and 500,000 new job creation means a tremendous amount of development in the areas of civil infrastructure, housing, transportation and energy is required.  In order to support this rapid growth in construction activities, the use of innovative technology is paramount.
