Hong Kong Green Building Council

Hosted by the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC), this session will spotlight the latest achievements in building energy efficiency across the Greater Bay Area (GBA), drawing on insights from the Intelligent Energy Saving Contest for Buildings in the Guangdong‑Hong Kong‑Macao Greater Bay Area, organised by the Partners of MoC in GBA. The contest recognises outstanding performance in applying smart technologies and innovative solutions in existing buildings, with a strong emphasis on retro-commissioning and retrofitting strategies. It focuses on three key areas: Innovative Technology, Sustainability, and Cost‑effectiveness. Award‑winning project teams will share practical experience and forward‑looking strategies that demonstrate how smart energy‑saving measures can accelerate regional low‑carbon transformation.

By examining implementation progress and opportunities for cross boundary collaboration, the session aims to equip industry professionals with deeper regional perspectives and actionable insights to support the GBA’s transition towards a smarter, more energy‑efficient built environment.

本次專題環節由香港綠色建築議會（HKGBC）主辦，將聚焦大灣區（GBA）建築節能的最新成果，並藉鑒由《粵港澳大灣區建築物重新校驗（再調適）及既有建築節能改造合作備忘錄》合作機構合辦的「粵港澳大灣區建築物智能節能大賽」的經驗。該比賽旨在表彰在既有建築中應用智慧技術和創新解決方案的傑出項目，尤其關注重新校驗和節能改造策略。比賽涵蓋三大核心範疇：創新科技、可持續應用和最具成本效益。得獎項目團隊將分享實踐經驗和前瞻性策略，展示智能節能措施如何加速區域低碳轉型。

透過剖析實施成果和跨界合作機遇，本環節旨在為業界專業人士提供更深入的區域視角和可行見解，以支持建築環境邁向更智能及高效能源的未來發展。
