As one of the anchor events of Build4Asia, the Asian Securitex Conference 2026 will be held under the theme “Securing the Vertical City: Integrating Manpower & Tech for Urban Emergency Response.” This year’s programme will spotlight manpower and emergency response considering recent fire incidents and industry safety concerns, echoing Build4Asia’s overarching focus on synergy between security, property management, and technological advancement. Featuring keynote presentations, case studies, and panel discussions, the conference will explore vertical city resilience, emergency response strategies, AI-driven first response, facility management automation, and integrated operations centres, bringing together professionals from government, law enforcement, financial institutions, property developers, and the wider security industry for an in-depth exchange.

作為Build4Asia的重點活動之一，2026年亞洲安防會議將以「垂直城市的安全保障：結合人力資源與科技應對城市緊急事故」為主題。今年的會議將聚焦於近期火災事故及行業安全問題，探討如何有效運用人力資源並提升緊急應變能力，充分展現Build4Asia對保安、物業管理及科技創新協同效應的重視。會議內容涵蓋專題演講、案例分享及小組討論，深入探討提升垂直城市抗災能力的策略，包括緊急應變方案的制定、人工智能技術在快速應對中的應用、設施管理自動化的推動，以及綜合運作中心的建立等重要議題。屆時，來自政府部門、執法機構、金融機構、地產發展商及保安行業的專業人士將齊聚一堂，進行深入交流，共同探索行業未來的發展方向。

The Conference is an “Official” and “Core” activity related to “Professional Practices” under the CPD Scheme of the Property Management Services Authority. Holders of Property Management Practitioner Licence may receive a maximum of 5 CPD hours by participating in the activity. All participants will receive the certificate of attendance provided by the Organiser.
會議屬物業管理業監管局「持續專業發展計劃」下「核心」內容範疇內有關「專業實務」的「正式」學習活動，完成會議後將獲發大會的出席證書，物管人牌照持有人可藉此獲取最多5小時的認可持續專業發展時數。
